I compared several brands and options, and this one did not disappoint on its first go around! My dogs nails are clear and I can see the quicks but I'm working on trying to get her quick to receed. I read that grinding is the best option for this, so I purchased this tool. it made it easy to see the quicks and I was able to quickly get each nail filed down in seconds using the lowest of the two settings. Tip: it's extra helpful if you can have someone feed your dog something special while you do your thing! this made it 10xs easier for my curious pup, who is 10 months old. This was her first experience with a grinder and she did great! Not to loud and works well!

This is a great dog nail trimmer/grinder. Excellent price point, holds a charge for a long time, it’s lightweight, has two speeds, two grinding angles, and a light. As you can see in the picture our GSP isn’t bothered by it at all.

I received my Casfuy grinder earlier today, it's a nice looking sturdy grinder, mine is blue colored... Charger was enclosed, everything was just as I expected and it arrived right on time. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it had a nice charge on it right out of the box so I wasted no time. I put to right to work! This grinder made quick work out of a tough job, my large male Pit Bull has very thick black nails so I have to have a good grinder. Kudos! The bit was very sharp! I always use high speed and the noise level was just fine. I will say that keeping my dogs nails in good shape is a must in our 2 Pit Bull household, both my dogs are quite use to doggie pedicures. I used the grinder on both my dogs today and it took about 30 minutes to do both dogs. (That's awesome!) My male usually takes a little longer because his nails are so thick. I was super pleased and would highly recommend this grinder to all my friends with fur babies.

This thing is amazing. I can’t use the guard it comes with that catches dust because my girls nails are too thick to comfortably fit into it, that’s the only downfall. But I throw a mask on in an open room, grab some treats and trim away. The bit doesn’t hurt whatsoever or even create much vibration in the fingers (toes) of the one getting their nails trimmed. My girl hates having her nails cut and still gives me a bit of a hard time but it’s only 10% of the fight that it used to be (trimming nails with clippers has ended with ME crying so that was the end of that for me). In this video she’s sleeping next to me in bed and she barely reacted to me turning it on, it’s that quiet. Start slow, turn it on, give a treat, turn it off. Turn it on, grab a paw for a second, give a treat. Touch it to their paw when it’s not turned on, give a treat. Move towards their paw with it on, while holding a paw but don’t touch their paw yet, give a treat. Repeat whatever steps necessary in this process. Then trim one toe, give a treat. And on and on. I should have never even attempted clippers. Oh the light is very bright but my girls nails are still too black for the light to give me any view of her vein (unfortunately) but that’s not a design flaw that just varies by dog. Because this light is so bright I could take it with me camping at night to find the bathroom.
